Relationships That Work For You
We have three exclusive companies that I call upon to assist in procuring estimates for our customers. The representatives from these moving companies are empathetic to the needs of our customers and have a systematic approach to ensuring that each move is facilitated seamlessly from start to finish.
It’s helpful to have three different van lines to reach out as some months are busier than others, so if a customer would like to schedule a specific date to move it is likely going to be scheduled on their desired date of choice. Our moving companies always provide an estimate and it is up to the customer to select whether or not they may want to move forward with that company or if they prefer to procure another estimate.
How They Help
Each of our preferred van lines assists with providing a survey on an agreed upon date with the customer and once the customer acknowledges agreement to move forward, the moving company sets a date and time to provide disassembly (if requested), packing, boxing and transporting their household goods. There is always availability to reschedule if a change in the customer’s schedule should come up and notice is provided to the moving company.
