Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Florida Properties Group is excited to announce that its Residential Sales Division achieved the #22 ranking in the entire global BHHS network.
“This amazing accomplishment is a result of the hard work and dedication to clients that our sales professionals perform every day,” said Dewey Mitchell, co-broker/owner of the firm. The announcement was made recently at the annual Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices convention in Las Vegas.
The Reed/Ferry Team earned the 1st place spot in the entire state of Florida for residential units sold in the BHHS network. They closed $28,536,477 in volume in 2018 with 135 units and were recognized at the Las Vegas convention. Kim Reed and Helen Ferry work out of the firm’s Sebring office.
Dawn Dell earned the 1st place individual residential sales ranking in the company and in the entire BHHS Florida network. She closed $18,350,000 in volume with 113 units in 2018. Dawn also works out of the firm’s Sebring Office.
