Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group made waves in the real estate market this past year. After being faced with the challenge of barely being able to work face to face for the majority of the year, BHHS FLPG agents adjusted and continued to push to service their customers to the very best of their ability. “We are so proud of our superior sales professionals that work extremely hard for their customers every year! In 2020, their residential agents listed 2,684 homes, helped 5,333 families find their forever home, and received 3,804 home evaluations by homeowners potentially interested in selling their home! 265 agents also found their forever home by joining BHHS FLPG in 2020. With all of those impressive numbers, the Florida Properties Group residential division was extremely successful and was able to close $1.35 BILLION in sales volume!

BHHS FLPG’s commercial division also had a year to write home about. With 157 units sold, 840 HOA door’s managed, 546,103 square feet of commercial properties managed, their 27 commercial agents were able to close $101,890,834 in sales and lease volume.

Last, but certainly not least, the company’s Asset Management department did outstanding as well. Their inventory included 1,491 properties managed, 556 renewal leases & 557 new leases, 272 new listings, 611 professional property evaluations performed, and 184 pets screened (18 were service animals!) These 39 asset managers totaled a listed leasing volume of $327,067,419.
