Mackey is also honored to serve as the 2021 2nd Vice-Chair of the Associates Committee for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) where she will climb the leadership ladder to lead the National Associates Committee in 2023 as Chairperson.

Mackey works closely with many real estate agents and has a partnership with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group. She does numerous pieces of training throughout the year with BHHS FLPG agents, training them on everything there is to know about New Home Construction Sales. “Having someone like Kim Mackey in your corner is vital when it comes to New Construction sales and training, we are grateful to be able to share her with our agents. Mackey has a long history of serving the NAHB Federation through her local Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA), at the state level through the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), and at the National Level. She is past Chair and Life Director of the TBBA SMC and the FHBA SMC in addition to actively serving on the Board of Directors for FHBA. She has been active in the NSMC since 2013, served on the Board of Trustees since 2014, and is also a member of the Professional Women in Building.
