Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group is very dedicated to giving back to the local community and is always trying to find new ways to do so as well as get more agents and employees involved. “One of our company goals is to give back to the communities in which we live and work,” said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group Broker/Owner Dewey Mitchell. “Our goal for the future is to continue to strengthen our partnerships with non-profit organizations and provide even more hope for local residents and families.”
At the end of February, they hosted a week called “Be the Sunshine” week, where each office picked a non-profit organization or volunteer program. Together as a group, they volunteered for the day. While volunteering and getting involved in the community is one of their favorite things to do, this event serves as more than that too. It is also a great team-building and fun activity for each office to better get to know one another. BHHS Florida Properties Group values teamwork and finds that getting their agents and staff members together to do volunteer work is a great way to bond them as well. Collectively, they were able to volunteer at all of the below in just one week!
