Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Florida Properties Group is proud to announce that its Residential Sales Division achieved the #23 ranking in the entire global BHHS network for 2020. Closing over $1.35 billion in sales volume with over 5,000 transactions the real estate firm has made waves in the market and continues to grow as 260 agents joined the firm in 2020.

“This accomplishment is a result of the hard work and dedication to clients that our sales professionals perform every day. Our agents have made it their goal to make every transaction experience a legendary one to their customers and we could not be prouder,” said Dewey Mitchell, co-broker/owner of the firm. The award was announced recently at the Virtual BHHS National Sales Convention.

The firm’s Commercial division also made waves in the market as The Dyer-Carbonelli Boss Ladies Team earned 3rd place in the entire BHHS global network for commercial sales volume for small teams. Accordingly, the team was named to the exclusive Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award, which is the Top 1% of the global network.

Another incredibly meaningful award the firm was given was ranking #15 out of all BHHS affiliates in support of the Sunshine Kids Foundation. The Sunshine Kids is a nonprofit national foundation that creates activities and trips for children diagnosed with cancer. The real estate firm has been working with the foundation for almost 25 years, raising funds, volunteering, and spending time with these amazing children. Giving back to the community and people who are less fortunate is one of BHHS Florida Properties Groups’ main yearly initiatives.

While the real estate firm cannot have an in-person awards ceremony to honor their winners like usual, they have created some unique ways to still make their award winners feel appreciated and congratulated. They look forward to celebrating their agents’ accomplishments every year, but this year especially. 2020 called for real estate agents all over to get creative and the BHHS FLPG team did that and more.
