Real estate agents participating in the annual Clay Shoot event On April 23rd, we were joined by 180 participants and volunteers at Tampa Bay Sporting Clays for our 4th Annual Sunshine Kids Clay Shoot. For those who are new here, The Sunshine Kids Foundation (SSK) is a nonprofit that supports children who have cancer in participating in fun activities, trips, and group gatherings with other children who also have cancer. The unique thing about the Sunshine Kids is that these awesome kiddos can meet other kids who are going through similar obstacles and can relate to one another. The battle they are taking on every day is something that only those who have been through it, can understand.

These kids are fighters and warriors and deserve to have FUN and be kids! That’s where this amazing foundation comes in. We truly have a connection and passion for the foundation which is why we have continued to host our annual fundraiser!

Getting the community, our agents, and staff involved is a great way to raise funds for these amazing kids. This year, our turnout was bigger and better than ever! We are proud to announce that we raised $22,000 for the foundation! Our silent auction was a huge hit with items like an African Safari hunt, custom Tampa Bay Lightning & Tampa Bay Bucs cornhole boards, half-day private fishing charter, a Mike Evans autographed football, a 1-week stay at an Orlando resort, unique paintings, an outdoor & fishing gear set, and more were sold.

We were even blessed with a Sunshine Kids Spokeskid, Zoe Evans, who got up and spoke to tell the group what the foundation means to her! This event would not be a success without all of our amazing sponsors, donors, and participants who attended our event to make it such a success.
