Excellence deserves recognition, which is why Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group created the Legendary Award. Their goal is to recognize the best of the best among their company of residential and commercial real estate agents. The award is not based on production but instead based on those who have become a LEGENDARY REALTOR® while also being awesome human beings.
This is a way to celebrate the incredible victories, of those who constantly strive for an excellent customer experience, and go above and beyond to support their office, fellow real estate agents, and their company. To qualify, the agent must have a minimum of 5 years with BHHS Florida Properties Group as well as a minimum of 5 transactions or managed properties (YTD). Once the nomination period ends, anyone can vote and the top 5 agents with the most votes at the end are inducted into the Hall of Legends, which will recognize the best of the best among their organization.
The Legendary Award will be an annual award, so 5 people have the opportunity to be inducted every year. At the company’s annual Award Ceremony on March 3rd, 2022, the first 5 agents to ever be inducted into the Hall of Legends were announced and awarded.
