We are so excited to announce our recent expansion and presence in Tampa and surrounding communities with the acquisition of Coldwell Banker Dolphin Realty. They are a real estate firm with years of experience and expertise in the Tampa Bay market.

Coldwell Banker Dolphin Realty has spent decades building a reputable company with high standards of operation. After a lot of due diligence, broker/owner Hagen decided Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group will allow his company and team to continue to operate in that same vein and help them to provide even better service to their customers moving forward. With this acquisition, the Coldwell Banker Dolphin Realty team will operate out of our newest office in Riverview, Florida.
