Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Florida Properties Group is proud to announce that it’s achieved the #20 ranking in the entire global BHHS network for 2022 for its residential and commercial sales. Closing over $1.87 billion in sales volume with just under 5,000 transactions the real estate firm has made waves in the market and continues to grow as they now have over 900 agents in their company. The company has recruited 310 new & experienced agents in 2022.
“This accomplishment is a result of the hard work and dedication to clients that our sales professionals perform every day. Our agents have made it their goal to make every transaction experience a legendary one to their customers and we are so incredibly proud,” said Dewey Mitchell, co-broker/owner of the firm. The award was announced recently at the annual BHHS National Sales Convention which was held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The firm’s Commercial division also made waves in the market as The CRE Boss Ladies Team earned 5th place in the entire BHHS global network for commercial sales GCI for small teams. “We are so proud of the CRE Boss Ladies Team as well as all of our forever legendary agents that work extremely hard for their customers every year! Their passion for helping to fulfill the real estate needs of their customers is unsurpassed,” said Allen Crumbley, co-broker/owner of the firm.
The Reed-Ferry Team down in Sebring, Florida also ranked big! They were awarded #22 out of ALL global residential small teams for units closed! Kim Reed & Helen Ferry put it in the work yearly and yet again crushed their goals.
Another incredibly meaningful award the firm was given was ranking #17 out of all BHHS global affiliates in support of the Sunshine Kids Foundation. The Sunshine Kids is a nonprofit national foundation that creates activities and trips for children diagnosed with cancer. The real estate firm has been working with the foundation for over 25 years, raising funds, volunteering, and spending time with these amazing children. Giving back to the community and people who are less fortunate is one of BHHS Florida Properties Groups’ main yearly initiatives.
The real estate firm was able to celebrate all of these achievements on March 2nd at Armature Works in Tampa, FL. This annual ceremony is a time to celebrate the top-producing agents within the firm. The work they put into their business every day deserves celebrating, which is exactly what they did.
