New Orleans, a city where the music never stops and the festivities run as deep as the roots of its ancient oaks. We gathered there, a diverse group of real estate agents, brokers, owners and marketing minds from the Florida Properties Group, to celebrate, share knowledge, and savor the #NOLA life at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Sales Convention.

It’s with great pride we announce our brokerage secured the #20 spot in the entire network, a testament to the hard work and dedication of our talented agents. Plus, our commitment to making a difference shined bright as we stood #16 in contributions to The Sunshine Kids Foundation, reaffirming our dedication to not just sell properties, but also to provide hope and FUN to children across the nation battling terminal illnesses.

The Buzz of the Big Easy

The convention was not just about the ranks and accolades. For two whole days, our agents immersed themselves in University Sessions that provided cutting-edge insights and strategies integral to the real estate business. It was an incredible opportunity to build skills directly applicable to our day-to-day hustle. Another bonus to convention are the connections made with network agents from across the globe! Think of the referral possibilities from second homes to international properties and potential investments – this real estate convention is a one stop shop to learn, connect and truly grow. 

A Party with Purpose

Sunday night, as the stars began to sprinkle the sky, the REVEL Party unfolded in an open-air warehouse and adjacent park. Here, amidst a festival atmosphere brimming with energy, we treated ourselves to the famous beignets from Cafe Dumonde and feasted on authentic Cajun cuisine.

An array of sensational live performances by local legends like Robin Barnes, Amanda Shaw & The Cute Guys, Rockin’ Dopsie Jr. & The Zydeco Twisters, and surprise appearances by Kinfolk Brass Band, The Mardi Gras Indian Parade, and DJ Raj kept us enthralled and ready to kick off the next two days of the convention.

Star-Studded Finale

The curtain closed on our New Orleans adventure with none other than Christina Aguilera, whose voice soared through the air, moving everyone with her powerful performance. A benefit for The Sunshine Kids Foundation, it was a perfect finale, encapsulating the passion, integrity, and teamwork our network stands for.

Personal Touches Make the Difference

Of course, conventions are made unforgettable by the people, and our agents sure know how to steal the show. Randi Fox, a Lakeland office agent, made waves with her dance moves alongside Rockin’ Dopsie Jr. & The Zydeco Twisters. They performed the iconic “On the Bayou” alongside expert fiddler Amanda Shaw – their energy was infectious! Under string lights and grand oaks, their rhythm became ours.

Karaoke has a new standard thanks to St. Petersburg Market President Mia Annibale’s rendition of “Ice Ice Baby” and South Tampa agent Tom Buscemi brought down the house with “I Want It That Way.” This was during a fun-filled day strolling the iconic Bourbon Street at The Famous Cat’s Meow Karaoke Bar, a beloved New Orleans staple.

The buzz from Jason Pantna’s Lead Magnet University Session couldn’t be contained, as agents left charged with new ideas to pull leads like never before. Another series of university sessions that garnered attention delved into the impact of AI and its application in the real estate industry. Jimmy Burgess from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida, alongside Rajeev Sajja from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® and other experts, presented their insightful perspectives on maximizing the benefits of AI integration.
