We are thrilled to announce that our very own Sean Swauger, Trinity Market President, has been elected to Oldsmar City Council, Seat 4, on March 11, 2025. This is a huge milestone not only for Sean but for the entire Oldsmar community. His dedication to both the city and the real estate industry has made a significant impact, and this new role will only amplify his efforts to improve the lives of those in the community.

As someone who has deep roots in the area, Sean respects and celebrates Oldsmar’s rich history and traditions. However, his vision extends far beyond the past. He is focused on making meaningful, positive changes to shape Oldsmar today while paving the way for a thriving future.
