The Pasco Economic Development Council (Pasco EDC) is proud to announce that Dewey Mitchell, a prominent community leader and real estate professional, has been named the recipient of the 2025 Leadership Award. Dewey Mitchell is the Owner and Co-Broker of one of the primary local real estate firms, Capstone Tropical Holdings, Inc., comprised of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group and other entities. In this role, Mitchell has brokered many deals in Pasco County that have resulted in a positive economic impact locally. These projects include residential development in Trinity, Mitchell Ranch Plaza, The Villages of Mitchell Ranch, Starkey Wilderness Preserve, and Trinity Corporate Center.
